Fully managed service
Our Fully Managed Service takes care of every aspect of letting your property, from marketing, tenant referencing and legal compliance, through to rent collection, routine inspections, maintenance coordination and handling tenant queries, giving you complete peace of mind.
- £160 + VAT (£192) Set Up Fee per tenancy
- £50 + VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per annum
- 12% + VAT Commission of the monthly rental, paid each month
- £75 + VAT (£90) to reference each applicant,
- For student lets, £100 + VAT (£120) to reference each applicant and their guarantor

Rent receipt service
Our Rent Receipt Service ensures we collect and process your tenants’ rent on your behalf, promptly transferring it to you and providing clear statements, while you remain responsible for the day-to-day management of the property, ie maintenance issues that may arise.
- £160 + VAT (£192) Set Up Fee per tenancy
- £50 + VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per annum

Let only service
Our Let Only Service finds and secures suitable tenants for your property, handling marketing, viewings, referencing and tenancy setup, before handing everything back to you for ongoing management.
- £160 + VAT (£192) Set Up Fee per tenancy£50 + VAT (£60) Deposit Administration Fee per annum
- 8% + VAT Commission of the first 6 months rental
- £75 + VAT (£90) to reference 1 applicant
- For student lets, £100 + VAT (£120) to reference each applicant and their guarantor

Inventory fees
- £150 – £225 + VAT depending on size of property
- RENEWAL FEE
- £100 + VAT (£120) for the duration of the tenancy and any extension of the tenancy

Renewal fee
- £100 + VAT (£120) for the duration of the tenancy and any extension of the tenancy

Extra costs that may apply
- £99 + VAT (£118.80) EPC Energy Performance Certificate (Valid for 10 Years)
- Gas Safety Certificate (Required Annually) from £65 + VAT (£72) (Depending on property)
- Electrical Installation Condition Report (Valid for 5 years) from £165 + VAT (£198) (Depending on property)
